No less than a Chef, Bandara also helps cooking for the staff on the property and places the best of his talents with spices and tastes that can leave a happy staff environment at Luau Beach Inn.
Bandara is very hands on and does not shy away from the fresh catch mastering the local techniques of cuts and fillet skills. He is extremely good in the infamous Sri Lankan "Kothu Roshi", a local dish for the Sri Lankan's but appreciated around East-Asia by many including the Maldives.
You will always find him with a cheesy smile, expecting some comments of the food served that day.
